So Starta is reucuriting new employees for increasing its effiecncy through various techniques. Thers are priority is to recruit U.A.E nationals but they are recruiting expatriots as well. The HRM of the company considered training and development as most significant technique for recruitment of employees. They are also using performance management which included the motivation and monitoring of the workers. Starta is working with various educational institutions in UAE as well as around the globe to recruit new employees which could fulfill the Starts current and future requirements.
